Peter Stevens, 2009 Sydney South Senior Volunteer of the Year; Dorothy Clarke, 2009 Sydney South Volunteer of the Year
   
Peter Stevens of Bexley North has been a volunteer with Wolli Creek Preservation Society for 10 years. Now treasurer, he has been an office bearer for most of that time. Peter is also involved in bush regeneration, leading bushwalks and the extensive works in improving the Wolli Creek environment.

Dorothy Clarke
of Oyster Bay is the president of the Triple S Friendship Club, which provides support and practical assistance to elderly Jewish people in need. Dorothy also visits JewishCare clients with mental health issues and is involved in computer training and the University of the Third Age.
